Job descriptionBachelors Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or related field. 34 years of proven experience in interior design projects (residential / commercial). Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp / 3ds Max (3D), V-Ray, Photoshop, or equivalent tools. Strong sense of creativity, spatial planning, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Competitive salary starting from 40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience). Exposure to diverse projects across residential and commercial interiors. Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
About the Role :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 34 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 2D and 3D design tools, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to bring concepts to life while meeting client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand client needs and translate them into functional, aesthetic, and innovative interior design solutions.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for design presentations.
- Prepare layouts, floor plans, and material boards to communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project execution as per design.
- Stay updated on latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Ensure designs align with budget, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
