Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with at least 7 to 10 years of work experience in interior design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent client management skills to deliver high-quality design projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for creating detailed design plans and architectural drawings.
Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually compelling presentations and design concepts.
Experience with Revit for detailed building information modeling and design documentation.
Understanding of sustainability design practices to ensure eco-friendly and sustainable design solutions.
Expertise in project management software to efficiently manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
3D modeling with SketchUp (Mandatory skill) for realistic visualization and presentation of interior spaces.
Vendor relationship management (Mandatory skill) to ensure successful partnerships and negotiation with suppliers.
Knowledge of building codes compliance (Mandatory skill) to ensure all designs meet local regulations and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop innovative design concepts and lead client presentations to communicate ideas and gain approval.
