Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sr Interior Production Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 30 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in interior production design and display strong expertise in managing and executing design projects efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in interior production design, demonstrating a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong competency in lean manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in modular kitchen design, demonstrating expertise in planning and executing functional layouts (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of six sigma principles to drive process improvements and ensure quality control.
• Experience with ERP systems to efficiently manage production resources and schedules.
• Ability to implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in design production.
• Skilled in production scheduling to maximize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives to foster innovation and operational excellence.
