Implementation Associate

COLLABORATION :

• This role will report to the Manager of Implementation
• The Implementation team works 8am-5pm US Eastern Time (a hybrid US / IST is available)
• This role will work closely with Client Success Managers, Engineering, Data Services, Implementation Analysts, Business Leaders, and others as needed
• This role is a part of our Global Client Success department, which rolls up to IT

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS  :

• College degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Impeccable with follow through and follow up
• 2+ years of HTML experience
• 2+ years Microsoft Excel (as a power user)
