Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, strong test automation skills, and proven experience with backend validation and API testing.

This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can ensure application quality, reliability, and scalability across Salesforce and integrated Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across Salesforce and third-party integrated applications (SAP, ERP, etc.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
• Conduct data validation and backend testing by writing and executing complex SOQL and SQL queries.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools, working with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct API testing to validate integrations and system interoperability.
• Drive adoption of test automation frameworks and contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.g, Jenkins) and maintain version control using Git.
• Provide QA metrics, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability across project Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and hands-on experience validating workflows, process builder, triggers, validation rules, and APIs.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks / tools such as AccelQ (preferred), Selenium, TestNG, or Provar.
• Proven ability to design and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Solid experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools.
• Strong command of SOQL and SQL for backend data validation.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing for third-party applications (SAP, ERP, etc.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar) and version control systems (Git / GitHub / Bitbucket).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional, agile Qualifications :
• Salesforce QA certification(s) or Salesforce Admin certification.
• Experience testing Salesforce Lightning components (LWC).
• Knowledge of performance and security testing approaches in Salesforce environments.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA for test management
