Kenn IT Business Solutions is a leading technology consulting and services organization, providing end-to-end IT and business solutions to clients across industries. We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a motivated HR Recruiter specializing who can support and drive our talent acquisition process in IT recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals; Contract, and Contract-to-Hire models and the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring cycles for Full-Time, C2H, and Contract roles across tech domains.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through various channels including job portals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide insights on market trends.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.Education
