Job Summary

We are seeking an initiative-taking and meticulous Junior Sales Trader to join our High Touch Cash Sales Trading Desk. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of institutional equity markets and a keen interest in trading workflows. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic environment, supporting senior traders and directly engaging with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help senior sales manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide trade updates.
• Communicate market color, execution insights, and new product offerings to clients.
• Monitor orders and performance for institutional clients across various exchanges.
• Optimising execution strategies
• Generate and analyze execution reports, transaction cost analysis (TCA), and other performance metrics using Excel.
• Develop a solid understanding of the firm's proprietary and third-party execution systems, including OMS / EMS platforms.
• Contribute to internal discussions on market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade processing.
