Qualifications : Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales trading, preferably at a broking firm or investment bank.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and manage institutional client relationships (Domestic MFs, HFs, AMCs, pension funds,
PSU / private banks, asst managers and other large investors).
Act as key contact delivering personalized advice and disseminating firm research, investmentideas, and market strategies.
Provide timely market insights, trading ideas and trend updates.TradingMonitor and manage client trading activity, ensuring accurate and timely execution of orders.Advise clients on market liquidity, trade strategies, and optimal pricing.Leverage market knowledge to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities forclients.
Risk Management & ComplianceEnsure all trading activities comply with internal risk management protocols and regulatoryrequirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant market regulations, compliance standards, andbest practices.
Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new institutional client relationships.Drive new sales opportunities within the institutional segment to expand firm’s marketpresence.
Source and execute block trades to meet client needs and enhance liquidity solutions.CollaborationPartner with the sales team to grow the institutional client base and revenue streams.Work closely with internal trading desks, research teams, and other departments to deliverbest-in-class client service.
Provide actionable feedback on client needs, product offerings, and market conditions tointernal stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of in-house trading algorithms toimprove execution efficiency and strategy performance.
