Job Title : PCG Advisor (Indian Equity Market) – NBFC-Mumbai-Prabhadevi

NB : The role demands two skills-Terminal operation and selling of TPP, Only local candidates from Mumbai & Navi Mumbai with local market experience. No relocation is possible.

CTC : Up to 22 LPA

Role Objective :

Manage and grow HNI / UHNI client relationships by advising on equities, derivatives & other financial products, driving revenue through trading / advisory and cross‐selling.

Key Responsibilities :

Acquire & manage HNI / UHNI clients, deepen relationships.
Provide equity / derivative investment & trading advice.
Generate brokerage & revenue; cross‐sell MF, PMS, insurance etc.
Monitor portfolios, review performance & risk.
Stay updated on market trends & research.
Ensure compliance with SEBI / regulatory norms.
Maintain MIS / reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance / Commerce.

3–10+ yrs experience in broking / trading & HNI client handling.

Strong market knowledge & order execution skills.

Excellent communication & relationship management.

KPIs :

Client acquisition & activation.

AUM & revenue growth.

Cross‐sell targets.

Client satisfaction & compliance adherence.
