Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Stress and Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling stress and support engineering activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform stress and support engineering tasks for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to stress and support engineering, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Develop, review, and validate stress analysis models for piping systems, ensuring safety and reliability.
- Prioritize and plan engineering activities and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stress and support requirements into overall project design.
- Ensure that all stress and support designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project guidelines.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including calculations, reports, and drawings.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Experience : Prior experience in stress and support engineering for [specific industries like Oil & Gas, Power, etc.] is preferred.Proficiency in stress analysis software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of piping design codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, B31.1).Skills and Competencies :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in stress analysis and support engineering methodologies.Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.Education
