Job description :
We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our recruitment of Healthcare Assistants (GDA - General Duty Assistants). The role involves sourcing candidates either directly or by connecting with Skill Development Institutes, NSDC training partners, or other vocational training centers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with NSDC-affiliated training institutes and other healthcare skill development centers.
- Source trained Healthcare Assistants (GDAs) for placement at our facilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with training partners, placement coordinator.
- Conduct initial screening and coordination for interviews.
- Ensure timely availability of suitable candidates as per business requirements.
Requirements :
Prior experience in mobilization, recruitment, or coordination with training institutes is preferred.Understanding of GDA / NSDC programs and the healthcare skill development ecosystem is a plus.Good communication and networking skills.Flexible to travel.Skills Required
