Your role

Are you passionate about transforming compliance and risk governance through the power of AI and machine learning Do you want to lead strategic innovation in the GCRG (Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance) space We are looking for a visionary and technically strong AI / ML Engineer to :

• design and Develop the AI / ML strategy across GCRG, aligning with regulatory expectations and business goals.
• lead the design and implementation of scalable AI / ML solutions for group Compliance
• champion the adoption of responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and explainability in model development and deployment.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
• stay ahead of emerging trends in AI / ML and regulatory technology, and translate them into actionable innovation roadmaps.

You will be part of a high-impact, cross-disciplinary team within Compliance Technology. Our mission is to build intelligent systems that enhance surveillance, risk detection, and regulatory compliance. We work closely with global stakeholders and leverage cutting-edge AI / ML techniques to solve complex problems in financial markets.
