AI / ML Engineer - R / Python

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, and other applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI / ML models into production systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Monitor model performance, implement retraining pipelines, and ensure model scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging AI / ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Document methodologies, workflows, and results for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
