We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to the jewellery industry.

Lead and manage the company’s IPO journey, including preparation, compliance, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate the listing process of the company.

Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the jewellery sector.

Manage audits, tax planning, and ensure the timely submission of financial statements.

Liaise with investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparent communication and compliance.

Optimize cash flow management and working capital, with a focus on the unique dynamics of the jewellery market.

Ideal Candidate :

Proven experience as a CFO, ideally with experience in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.

Strong understanding of the jewellery industry’s financial dynamics, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and the nuances of global trade.

Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and IPO processes.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
