As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the organisation’s strategic and financial direction. You will partner closely with executive leadership to drive high-impact initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor the organisation’s financial and strategic roadmap to align with long-term business objectives.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, supporting decision-making across functions and driving key business priorities.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and risk assessments for major strategic initiatives.
• Oversee core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to evaluate business performance and guide strategic action.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely execution.
• Support founders with high-priority projects, operational improvements, and strategic communication.
