Duties & Responsibilities :
1.Campaign Execution :
Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
2.Digital Marketing :
l Managing the company's online presence through social media platforms, website content, and email marketing.
3.Market Research :
lConduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
lAnalyze and interpret market data to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
lAssist in gathering customer feedback to refine products or services.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
10+ years of brand & marketing leadership experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Cattle Feed / Animal Feed industry.
Proven success in building iconic brands and driving large-scale consumer campaigns.
Strong expertise in consumer insights, category growth and brand architecture.
Excellence in integrated marketing ATL, BTL, digital & retail visibility.
Strategic thinker with strong execution ownership & stakeholder leadership.
Creative mindset blended with analytical rigor and P&L sensitivity.
