Managing the team of Area Sales Managers to drive sales & penetration for the region.Prepare regional strategy to increase penetration through close interaction with BAL RMs & dealers and ensure execution of penetration through Area Sales Manager & team.Ensure quality business sourcing through constant series of checks &balances & through interaction with Prayas training team & ASMsHelping CBM / BH with allocation of target & mapping dealer, ASM &frontline sales team wise targets & ensure adherence to the sameApprove the DMAs / CSMs as recommended by ASM & cross verify all documentation.To Manage relationships with BAL RMs & dealersTo understand future risk scenarios of possible new dealers & termination of existing dealers including their credit worthiness & inform BH / CBMsEnsure market benchmark w.r.t. various promotion / incentive schemes by competition & suggest best practices / changes to BH / CBMWork closely with RCU team & continuously look at processes to reduce noncompliance & process laps and be a whistle blower. E.g. Review all documents pertaining to customers, DMA empanelment, dealer related documents, compliance related documents & recommend accordinglyUnderstand & prepare strategy basis centralised report & help BH / CBM to frame short & long-term strategy dealer / location / state wise.Skills Required
