Talent Acquisition Lead

Are you passionate about finding top talent in the

creative, influencer marketing, and digital media space

• ? We’re seeking an HR manager to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment.

What You’ll Do :

Lead full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent across multiple functions.

Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline.

Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.

Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For :

8 to 10 years of experience as a recruiter in

influencer marketing or digital media agencies

Proven success hiring for brand solutions, business development,

creative, social media, etc

Strong understanding of agency functions : influencer marketing, sales, creative, and strategy.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Organized with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
