Job descriptionAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone / email / or on-site. Maintaining existing customer relationship management Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business. Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. Comfortable making calls and talking to new people.
