Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Supervisor
to join our team at Whitefield Street, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and team management and will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, training, and motivation.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze market trends.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick resolutions.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
