Position for heading the F&B Production at a brand new project in South Bangalore. Project is a
70 seater, vegetarian, upscale casual dining with a focus on New age Continental, Indian Cuisine, Pizza and an emphasis on balancing nutrition.
Responsibilities :
Pre-opening & Set up of all Kitchen SOP's, Food Trials and Recipe Standardisation
Creative outlook towards developing new dishes & recipes
Maintaining consistency of operations, quality of output
Managing & maintaining food cost
Handling all kitchen staff
Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth overall functioning
Create reports, duty rosters,
Looking for :
Expertise in continental cuisines, some experience with Indian cuisine cooking and an interest in nutrition
8-10 years of experience in F&B production and some experience in a leadership position.
Bachelors / Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary or related fields.
