Designs and leads implementation of improved actions if needed Being an active part of project management community. Engineering background + 8-10 Yrs. of experience. Experience in project management & PM tools Knowledge of ZF Products, footprint, structures and processes, like GDPEP Problem-solving skills & outcome-orientation Excellent communication skills, Ability to prioritize tasks, Leading cross-functional teams

- Lead major projects affecting the Category (e.g. implementation of new regulatory standard, transformational projects
e.g. Shocks Localization with Saferyde
reporting & escalating to decision makers and stakeholders
Ensures and documents compliance with standards and processes for product creation (GDPEP).
Contributes to continuous improvement of these standards and processes together with Domain
If applicable : coordinates the creation of project business case. Managing interests of project stakeholders
