At Humantic AI, our mission is to humanize the internet. Our product is at the cutting-edge of AI, Psychology, and large-scale data. We believe that we have an opportunity (and even a responsibility) to personalize and humanize how people interact over the internet, and an opportunity to inspire far more trustworthy relationships online than it has ever been possible before. We currently focus on selling ‘buyer intelligence’ to sales teams. We provide previously impossible insights about the buyers to our users, which help them personalize every interaction and build trustworthy connections that otherwise would not be possible. Gartner has listed us as one of the only 5 Sales AI products that enterprise sales teams should use. We are taught as part of coursework at universities like Indiana University and Baylor University. Our customers include enterprises like AWS, NextEra Energy, and Cushman & Wakefield, and partners like Sandler. And we have just about started!
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Own and execute Humantic AI’s content strategy aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Develop a content calendar across blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, product collateral and partner channels.
- Ensure all content reinforces the #BuyerFirst narrative and Humantic AI’s differentiation in the market.
- Content Creation & Distribution
- Write and edit long-form content : blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and ebooks.
- Produce thought-leadership content for the CEO and key executives.
- Create sales enablement content : one-pagers, pitch decks, playbooks.
- Work with design / creative teams to produce visuals, infographics, and videos.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats (e.G., blog → LinkedIn carousel → email snippet and AI Videos).
- Community & Social Media
- Manage Humantic AI’s social presence, especially on LinkedIn and X.
- Engage with sales and RevOps communities, amplifying Humantic’s thought leadership.
- Campaign & Demand Gen Support
- Collaborate with field marketing to fuel campaigns with content.
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and event promotions.
- Support product launches with clear, compelling messaging.
- Analytics & Optimisation
- Track content performance (engagement, SEO rankings, MQL generation).
- Optimise existing content for SEO and lead gen.
- Double down on formats / channels that deliver pipeline impact.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with sales to capture customer stories, testimonials, and win themes.
- Partner with RevOps to measure the ROI of content.
Qualifications
What Really MattersPast proof of creating content that has made the world sit up and take notice. E-books that have been distributed broadly, case studies that stand out for their uniqueness, videos that have tens of thousands of views.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (duh!).Ability to tell even the most boring story interestingly. When coupled with the ability to spot interesting stories, that’s a superpower right there!Open to learning new skills and tools (We don’t expect you to write blogs with ChatGPT, but it would be foolish for an AI startup not to adopt tools that make us more productive– AI or otherwise).High on work ethic (with a laser-sharp focus on outcomes).Familiarity with Design tools such as Canva and AI video generation platforms such as Invideo.What Matters SomewhatAt least 3-6 years of experience in writing content for a SaaS or AI organization.Familiar with using HubSpot.Passionate about AI and its potential in marketing.Creative Spirit.Comfortable working with Google Sheets for data management and analysis.If you run your own blog or are an established influencer on LinkedIn with more than 2% engagement rate.What Does Not MatterThe school or college that you have gone to.Your scores and grades in school.Personality Expectations
