We are looking for Executive Assistant to support the Senior Director – Corporate Affairs, Mumbai. The job description is as follows :
- Manage and optimize the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Senior Director.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and internal / external communications.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with utmost discretion.
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, events, and cross-functional engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between the Corporate Affairs office and internal / external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa processing, transportation, and accommodation logistics.
- Facilitate smooth communication between executive leadership and various departments, employees, and partners.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and special assignments as delegated by the Senior Director.
Years of Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.Qualifications :
Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required.proven ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and project management tools is a plus.
