Lead initiatives with regards to Enterprise solutions to ensure seamless operations of ERP (Microsoft D365 F&O ) and other systems used in head office.
Responsibilities
- Consulting partner to business working towards continuous improvement of processes
- Establish governance with vendors to manage changes delivery of new changes and AMS support
- Prepare, manage and drive project plans / charters
- Work closely with partners, functional and business excellence teams in planning for requirement capture, development, testing and associated support services
- Present necessary business case for investments and budget inputs to the IT Head
- Evaluate and prioritize functionalities / development requests basis business need, scope of work, cost, and skill requirements
- Identify opportunity areas for business process improvement and automation
- Oversee the execution of key Corporate IT initiatives across functions.
- Prioritize and govern IT initiatives based on business priorities / benefits envisaged.
- Responsible for complete implementation of ERP modules.
- Ensure smooth roll-out of ERP and monitor implementation of the same.
- Supervise cloud / managed service migration / movement.
- Improve application and Infrastructure performance working with vendors and teams
- Actively participate in Requirements Gathering, Gap study, Solution design, and Acceptance Testing along with business users.
- Leverage services from partners to ensure seamless support.
- Responsible for finalizing the dashboard and publishing.
- Review functioning of back office integration of applications (McApps Store module and RPA tool).
- Manage vendor relationships for COTS systems. Ensure that the COTS systems are upgraded in a timely fashion.
- Support the agency applications from a technical and operational perspective.
- Ensure the change-management policies are adhered to for adds, changes, deletes, and deployments.
- Maintain a schedule of updates, upgrades, and patches in consultation with appropriate business owners.
- Be a single point of contact for business team post implementation and lead change requests and support the application along with Vendor.
Qualifications :
Post Graduate / MBAMinimum 8 Years with experience in leading Projects / Teams and hand on experience managing Microsoft D365 F&O ERP and business applications big Retail chain or FMCGShould have been a part of at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations of any of the leading Microsoft D365 F&O ERP solutions in FMCG / RetailStrong experience in greenfield implementations and upgradesDeep knowledge of Finance, Maintenance & repairs, In-Store Sales and Supply chain processes in Retail
