Primary Responsibilities may include :
- Provide proactive and ongoing support for the Enterprise ERP System (Workday Finance & Supply Chain), ensuring smooth performance, business continuity, and minimal downtime.
- Partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement supply chain optimizations, enhancements, and new functionalities that align with strategic objectives.
- Take ownership of end-to-end build, testing, deployment, and validation of new modules, integrations, and project deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage.
- Oversee the Change Control process, managing approval workflows, coordinating releases, and ensuring accurate migration of requests into Production tenants with zero disruption.
- Support periodic application upgrades, security patches, maintenance cycles, user provisioning, and audit / compliance reviews, ensuring the ERP system remains secure and future-ready.
- Proactively monitor and manage ServiceNow queues, prioritizing urgent issues, assigning tickets effectively, and delivering timely resolutions in alignment with SLA commitments.
- Work closely with Clients, Change Management teams, and functional leads to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring that system solutions meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and IT to diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Deliver clear and regular status updates, documentation, and knowledge sharing to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on deliverables.
- Actively participate in an On-Call rotation schedule with peers, providing support during critical off-hours incidents, safeguarding high system availability and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2+ years of practical Workday SCM and Workday Finance experience, with proven expertise in operational support, troubleshooting, and / or functional consulting.Solid understanding of core ERP business processes such as financial accounting, procurement, supplier management, inventory, and expense management.Experience in handling ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), with demonstrated ability to prioritize, escalate, and close tickets efficiently.Familiarity with integration concepts, testing methodologies, release cycles, and configuration management within an ERP ecosystem.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical or functional solutions.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to engage effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and end users in a client-facing environment.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment, while maintaining strong coordination with distributed global teams.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated with Workday feature releases, industry best practices, and ERP innovations.(ref : hirist.tech)
