Job Description :

1. ERP System Ownership

  • Develop deep, hands-on knowledge of 2020 Insight and 2020 Construct.
  • Configure and maintain products, items, materials, MRP (POs, receiving, inventory, shipping) and MES (planning, scheduling, optimization)
  • Customize forms, layouts, user management, security management and work flows using XML and SQL
  • Act as the primary in-house SME (subject matter expert) for 2020 systems.

2. Integration & Data Flow Support :

  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between 2020 Insight and Salesforce, S2K (finance), Avalara (tax), Reconex (freight), and Yooz (AP automation).
  • Understand JSON contracts, mapping rules, and data synchronization workflows.
  • Document integration logic to reduce black-box dependency on external parties.

    • 3. Knowledge Capture & Documentation :

  • Build a knowledge base of 2020 configurations, processes, and integrations.
  • Translate consultant-driven implementations into internal reference guides.
  • Document ERP best practices to enable training of future hires.

    • 4. User Support & Training :

  • Provide first-line support for operations, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Conduct internal training sessions to increase adoption of ERP features.
  • Partner with business leaders to refine system use cases and reduce customizations.

    • 5. Continuous Improvement :

  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows in 2020.
  • Track and evaluate Cyncly updates / releases and assess adoption internally.
  • Suggest automation or AI-driven enhancements (future Industry 4.0 roadmap).
