We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our high-impact Supply Chain Planning team in Bangalore. This techno-functional role is central to managing and evolving our planning systems with a primary focus on the Inventory Optimizer database . The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in SQL database management possess strong programming capabilities and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies such as Java . You will be the go-to expert for all planning system improvements and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities :

Database & Systems Management

• Own and manage the Inventory Optimizer database ensuring data integrity performance and availability.
• Design develop and maintain complex SQL queries stored procedures and ETL processes to support planning workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between planning systems (e.g. SAP IBP NetSuite Anaplan Tableau).
• Lead system enhancement initiatives across multiple platforms not limited to a single tool or technology.

Programming & Technical Development

Techno-Functional Support

Provide backup support to the planning team by generating reports validating data and troubleshooting system issues.

Analytics & Reporting
