Job Location - Bangalore

Experience - 5+ years

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI / CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility.
  • Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools.
  • Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guides

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience : [optional]

  • Experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts) and Datadog (APM, infrastructure monitoring).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment using GitLab, including CI / CD pipeline configuration and metadata management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent
  • Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation
  • Proven experience with application configuration
  • Proven experience with system / application implementation
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
  • Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.
