Job descriptionOversee day-to-day office management and act as the primary HR contact for the Mumbai or Pune office. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives. Coordinate training, development, and well-being programs. Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation for employees. Collaborate implementing HR policies and practices across international offices. Provide guidance on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development. Act as a bridge between the office and global HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment. Bachelor's (required) Proven experience (4+ years) in HR management, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and office management. Familiarity with global recruitment practices and multi-region HR compliance. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage). Competitive salary and benefits package.
