About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on technical roles , and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology-driven organization.Strong understanding of technical roles and skills due to a background in Computer Science.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously with attention to detail.Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
