Provide vocational assistance to young people facing barriers to work and studyUse strengths-based approaches to help young people reach their work and study goalsWork directly with a caseload of young people providing appointments via web chat, phone, email and video chat, delivering personalised work and study sessions based around a young person's goals and where they are on their work / study journeyWork within a small and collaborative team alongside mental health clinicians who work closely with Specialists to provide integrated clinical careDeliver vocational interventions aimed at minimising the impact of mental health challenges on a young person's engagement with work and study, building resilience and enabling recoveryCollaborate with educational institutions, employment agencies and employers to assist young people with identifying opportunitiesWork closely with referral partners, including headspace centres, to promote and drive service referrals and undertake care collaboration to ensure service participants receive the best support possibleWho we're looking for
