Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Project Management Intern to support backend project coordination and execution across Frido’s Retail, Sales, and Operations teams. This role will involve managing digital workspaces, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless team collaboration using tools like Asana and Slack .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in backend project coordination across multiple teams (Retail, Sales, Operations, and Product).
• Maintain and manage project dashboards and workflows on Asana — updating tasks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Oversee communication and task alignment through Slack channels and integrations.
• Support project documentation, follow-up processes, and report generation.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of cross-functional tasks.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with project leads to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of milestones.
