The Role :
The Revenue & Partnerships Operations Associate will sit at the center of the growth team, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role combines data, process, and partner engagement — ensuring senior leaders can focus on scaling high-value relationships while you keep the engine moving.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and optimize the CRM to keep partner and pipeline data accurate and reliable
Build dashboards and reports that track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue impact, and ROI
Highlight which partners and campaigns are most effective and recommend where to focus resources
Support outreach by booking and coordinating partner meetings, and handling follow-ups
Engage existing partners with newsletters, content sharing, and periodic updates
Coordinate logistics and comms for webinars, events, and joint campaigns
Create repeatable processes around onboarding, reporting, and review cycles to help the team scale
Ideal Profile :
1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, partnerships, or marketing ops
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution data
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent written communication skills for partner outreach and internal updates
Proactive, curious, and comfortable in an unstructured, fast-changing environment
