Position : Site Supervisor – Global Projects

Location : Pune

Industry - Airport- BHS

Experience : 5 – 7 Years

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics

About the Role :

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for global projects. You will lead and support project execution, ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and integration of material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise mechanical, electrical, and control installations; guide and train installation teams.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot complex mechanical / electrical systems.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navis, and E.Plan drawings.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), switchgears, drives, RLC circuits, and I / O testing.
  • Manage multiple mechanical and electrical subcontractor teams.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and integration of systems.
  • Conduct quality inspections with focus on electrical installations.
  • Ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
  • Report progress to site / project managers and participate in progress meetings.
  • Prepare installation reports and conduct toolbox talks.

Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Experience with warehouse, parcel, or airport systems; sorters (line / loop) preferred.
  • General PLC programming / troubleshooting certification.
  • Safety certifications (IOSH, Emergency Preparedness Training).
  • Leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computerized systems.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and process-driven skills.
