Deputy Manager-Machining Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Preventive Maintenance – Execute preventive maintenance per schedule / maintain breakdown data along with root cause analysis on daily basis.
• Breakdown Maintenance – Handle all breakdown (mechanical / electrical) on daily basis in shifts and ensure 100% availability of every machine in each shift.
• Control maintenance parameter like MTTR, MTBF and breakdown incident by adhering to PM schedule.
• Work on experience of TPM, RCM, ISO, OHSAS & TS.
• Safety – Ensure Zero incident in his area by identifying unsafe condition on machine and implement kaizen.
• Motivate maintenance team for doing kaizen and enhance overall skill level of his team by conducting technical training and lesson learn.
