Job Description

As a SharePoint On-Premise Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting SharePoint On-Premise solutions. You will work closely with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to create effective and user-friendly solutions that enhance collaboration and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint On-Premise applications and workflows using SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Subscription Edition.
• Build and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, site templates, and pages.
• Develop and deploy custom SPFx (SharePoint Framework) components and client-side web parts using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Integration & Automation
• Retrieve, display, and manage SharePoint list and library data using REST APIs and CAML queries.
• Implement process automation solutions using Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems or databases as required.
• Maintenance & Support
• Manage existing SharePoint environments including site collection administration, permissions, and content management.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and user support for SharePoint applications.
• Ensure SharePoint sites comply with organizational security and governance policies.
• Project Management & Collaboration
• Understand stakeholder requirements, translate business needs into SharePoint solutions, and manage projects independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, testing, and deployment phases.
• Documentation & Testing
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for developed components, workflows, and configurations.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure quality and performance standards are met during project delivery.
