Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and trends.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.Skills Required
