As we enter our “Spintastic Decade,” we’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can own brand narratives, lead client success, and create impact through integrated marketing strategies.
Role Overview
The Senior Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, oversee creative execution, and ensure measurable business outcomes for key clients. You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, content creators, and performance marketers to translate business goals into effective campaigns that drive growth and recognition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with client objectives and market positioning.
Conduct competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and identify growth opportunities.
Craft compelling brand narratives and value propositions.
2. Client Leadership
Act as the main point of contact for premium clients, managing end-to-end brand engagement.
Present strategies, campaign plans, and quarterly growth reviews with measurable metrics.
Build long-term relationships through strategic insights, clarity, and proactive solutions.
3. Creative & Campaign Direction
Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns across digital platforms.
Oversee brand consistency across social, web, ads, and PR assets.
Evaluate and optimize campaign performance in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
4. Thought Leadership & Innovation
Stay ahead of digital marketing, branding, and AI-driven trends.
Recommend innovative campaign ideas and storytelling formats for client and agency brands.
Mentor junior brand strategists and executives.
5. Performance & Insights
Translate analytics into strategic insights and present actionable recommendations.
Drive marketing KPIs — awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Prepare quarterly brand health and ROI reports.
Required Skills & Experience
3-6 years of experience in brand management, strategy, or integrated marketing (preferably in an agency environment).
Strong understanding of digital platforms — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, SEO, influencer marketing, and PR.
Proven success in leading multi-channel brand campaigns.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business goals into creative strategies.
Experience working with premium, healthcare, D2C, or technology brands is a plus.
