Must-Have
1. JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
2. Must have 6 to 10 years of Project Management experience in ADM projects
3. Knowledge and hands on experience in Software development life cycle (SDLC) as well as Project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and execution capabilities
4. Good hands on experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project Plan, Gantt Charts, JIRA, Anaplan, Selenium
5. Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer stakeholders (Business & IT), 3rd Party vendors, Onsite and Offshore teams
6. Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours
Good-to-Have
1. Project Management Institute Certifications (PMP, CAPM or ACP) and / or PSM certifications (I, II or III)
2. Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, ITIL and P&C / Life Insurance domain knowledge
