Your Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business development in the Japanese market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients (IP departments, law firms, R&D teams).
  • Present AI-powered solutions to address client pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies for Japan.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.

  • You are fluent in Japanese & English (bilingual proficiency).
  • You have strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • What You Bring : Must Haves :

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
  • 3-7 years of experience in enterprise sales (SaaS, AI, LegalTech, or related fields preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Haves :

  • Knowledge of the Japanese corporate innovation / IP ecosystem.
  • Existing network in enterprise IP, R&D, or legal departments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global team.
