Job description :

Based at our Bengalore's plant, you will directly report to the Management of Information System Manager (based in France).

As IT Support and Networking Technician, you will be responsible for :

• Managing Users requests.
• Diagnosing, qualifying and resolving incidents.
• Participating to IT projects.
• Ensuring operational conditions maintenance.
• Coordinating with internal teams (Europe scale).

Profil Recherché

What we're looking for :

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience

You have at least 3-5 years' experience as IT Technician.

User support, you're proficient in Microsoft Active, Windows 10 / 11 & 365, VLAN.

Rigourous, curious and team player, you will take on the role of user support.

You're fluent in english with good communication skills.
