Job descriptionMonitor, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. Provide first-level support for hardware, networking, and system issues during night hours. Manage user accounts, system updates, and security patches. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi). Ensure smooth operation of software installations and regular system backups. Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate complex issues when required. Strong knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, switches, routers). Proficiency in desktop / system management and troubleshooting Windows & basic Linux environments. Familiarity with antivirus, firewall, and basic server maintenance. Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and remote support. Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.G., CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+) will be an added advantage.
