Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails — ensuring prompt and polite responses.
• Convert warm leads into confirmed enrollments through consultative selling.
• Follow up with interested students and help them make informed course decisions.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, calls, and conversations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share student insights and feedback.
• Resolve post-purchase queries and maintain high student satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed daily / weekly conversion targets.
