• Present product features, benefits, and customization options to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and finalize deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor peak construction areas of Bhopal and nearby towns, monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge, Skilled with searching residential under construction Bungalows
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports using CRM software.
