You will play a key role in defining the technical vision, collaborating closely with designers and artists to bring the game to life. About the Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
- Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine, ensuring they align with the project's vision and objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the technical team to solve complex technical challenges, optimize performance, and improve the overall quality of the game.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its core systems, Blueprints, and C++ programming.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.Preferred Skills
Shipped at least one title on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine, with active involvement in the project for more than 6 months.Experience with version control systems (Perforce).Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality games.How to Apply :
