Committed to redefining the future of energy storage, we are expanding our team and seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and elevate our market presence. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, identify new business opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to our mission of transforming energy storage technologies.

Role Overview :

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding Trydan Tech’s presence across the EV, UAV, and energy storage markets. This role involves sourcing vendors, conducting in-depth market research, and executing high-impact sales strategies. Success in this position requires a proactive, hands-on approach with strong analytical thinking, relationship-building, cold outreach, and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will also actively participate in industry events and forums to build market visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor positioning
  • Deliver actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Present research findings to leadership to support strategic planning

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach in the battery and energy storage sectors
  • Lead lead-generation initiatives, including cold calling and in-person client outreach
  • Represent Trydan Tech at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer presentations
  • Drive direct sales initiatives and outbound outreach efforts
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and post-sale support
  • Oversee onboarding and provide hands-on assistance to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Track key performance metrics including lead conversion, pipeline status, and customer feedback
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports for internal management review
  • Leverage client feedback to continuously improve sales strategy and execution
