Collections Analyst

Your Responsibilities

• Basic collection activities (contacting customers regarding past due receivables, maintaining notes and comments, researching past due items)
• Negotiate basic payment plans with customers
• Identify and research disputes and deductions work with appropriate ADM teams to confirm and resolve open items for customers
• Active presentations and participation in meetings with commercial and sales teams, customers, and credit managers
• Creation of basic reports regarding overdue receivables
• Analysis of reports and dashboards to identify key focus areas and customers
• Identify creative solutions to problems that are causing past dues or preventing customers from paying their invoices
• Clear understanding of ADMs business, internal credit and collection processes, and overall end to end impacts of actions on other ADM teams
• Ability to understand and apply ADM policies to daily work
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple competing priorities
