Job Overview
As a Collection Analyst at Branch International, you will be instrumental in optimizing our collections operations by meticulously managing third-party collection agencies and leveraging data to drive performance. Your role will involve end-to-end agency oversight, in-depth performance analysis, and the development of actionable strategies to ensure high collection rates and adherence to best practices. You will be a key player in enhancing our Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide clear, real-time insights into collections performance.
