We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager with 10 years of exp to lead and support our EBO & MBO business operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing operations, managing teams, and ensuring business growth through strategic planning and execution in Footwear Industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets) and MBO (Multi-Brand Outlets) business operations.
- Drive Primary Billing and Secondary Sales for EBOs and ensure strong secondary sales performance across MBOs.
- Manage retail operations , including store performance, sales tracking, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle Franchisee Management for both EBO and MBO partners to strengthen relationships and ensure business continuity.
- Oversee inventory and stock management for EBOs and coordinate timely stock requirements for MBOs.
- Monitor KPIs, reports, and performance analytics to assess business health and identify improvement areas.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong, customer-focused team.
- Ensure VM (Visual Merchandising) Planogram execution and timely updates across stores.
- Regularly visit MBO counters , assess business performance, and provide strategic feedback to stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal management reviews.
